Madrid is the second highest ranking city in the recently published Globe Shopper Index (Global Blue), and footfall traffic in the city centre continues to grow, up 5% in May 2017 (TC Street). Preciados-Sol-Callao has quickly evolved into a major retail destination, with the largest brands in the world establishing their flagship stores in the area. One of the firmest statements came from Apple who not only leased one of the largest buildings in the zone, but also made it their European headquarters and flagship store.
Lifestyle
One of the best places in the beautiful city of Madrid. To see and be seen, a wide variety of stores for shopping and many places to eat, have a drink, a cup of coffee or simply just to venture out and walk from one end of Preciados to the other. A famous Metro station just metres from the building provides easy access to the action along with attractive nearby neighborhoods such as Sol. Busy at all times of the day and night, the later the better. A street to be enjoyed.
Centrality
Preciados street is the most heavily transited part of the city with an average daily footfall of 10,000 people during the sales periods in 2017. This has caught the eye of large fashion and restaurant chains looking to gain a foothold in this busy area that is highly sought after by both domestic and international investors.
